Yoga and Meditation
Yoga for me is much more than a physical practice, its a journey of self-discovery. Over the years yoga had helped me learn more about what I want, how I'm showing up, and what is getting in my way. Yoga is living in inquiry and a constant process of learning and applying insight to life.
The physical practice is just one way to experience yoga. I also incorporate breathing, meditation and yoga philosophy to my life and practice.
I infuse my teaching with inspiration gained along my own journey and strive to offer space for students to safely explore life with an open heart and mind. My guided meditation classes are rooted in Buddhist philosophy and Kripalu methodology. I am a 500-Hour E-RYT Kripalu Yoga Teacher and most of my yoga classes are Vinyasa style.
I am currently teaching group yoga classes at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, MA.
PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
Interested in a private yoga session and live in the Berkshires? Privates are great for those who are new to yoga, have injuries or health issues, seeking some individual attention, or want to work on a specific part of the practice (i.e. certain poses, meditation, relaxation).
