I’m the first person to admit that I love to sleep in but I have learned that there are so many benefits of waking up early (yes, I mean with the sunrise) and starting my day at this time never fails to be a little bit magical.
Taking care of yourself is one of the smartest things you can do. Not doing so can lead to poor health, low productivity, and burnout. If you’re like most people, you feel too busy to even remember to put yourself first or you feel that you just can’t fit anything else into your schedule. However, self-care doesn’t have to take a lot of time and can be anything that is good for you physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually. You owe it to yourself to do at least one kind thing for yourself each day.
