Self-care is a practice of paying attention to what you are doing and how you are being in life. It is taking care of yourself by attending to the wellness of your body, mind, and spirit. At the heart of self-care is your relationship and connection to self. It is understanding what you need to be your most constructive, effective, and authentic self. I believe it is essential to living healthy, wholeheartedly, and happy. Making it a daily practice is so important and I hope the past 28 days of my Self-Care Hacks have been informative, inspirational, and motivational on your journey to taking care of yourself in the ways you need on a daily basis!

  3. You feel disconnected and unfocused.

  4. You’re exhausted but can’t sleep.

  5. You’re feeling down in the dumps.
