When there is a lot of stress, many fall into a cycle of deprivation of some sort. It could be emotional support (not asking for help), sleep, exercise, eating healthy, peace (i.e. worrying too much), companionship, fun etc. Focus on figuring out what you need now. Ask yourself:
What do I feel deprived of?
What do I need more of right now?
What do I need less of?
What am I yearning for?
Who or what is causing me to feel resentful and why?
Look at your answers and figure out ways to resolve these issues related to deprivation in your life.
